About the role
- Develop and implement strategic and operational plans to optimize efficiency and align operations with organizational priorities
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams to drive execution of key strategic initiatives
- Conduct thorough analysis of current processes and identify areas for improvement
- Translate high-level objectives into actionable plans and roadmaps for new and mid-flight initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations
- Identify and communicate progress, challenges and opportunities to leadership
- Drive change management initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to remove blockers and deliver outcomes
- Anticipate and address potential conflicts or obstacles to maintain team cohesion and productivity
- Take full ownership and accountability for the success of strategic initiatives from planning through execution to measurable impact
Requirements
- 7-9+ years of experience in strategic operations and/or program management
- Previous experience in the SaaS industry (considered an asset)
- Familiarity with Tech and Security environments (asset)
- Proven track record of successfully leading strategic initiatives and driving execution
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills
- Execution mindset and proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Demonstrated growth mindset and ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems
- Track record for accountability and execution
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and change
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada (no sponsorship/relocation provided)
