About the role

  • The Stock Administrator and Support Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring that our clients have the tools and knowledge they need to successfully administer equity compensation plans.\n
  • You will act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance on stock plan operations while driving client satisfaction and retention.\n
  • This position will work with clients in the Pacific Time Zone and must be able to work business hours for PST accordingly.\n
  • Subsequently, we are currently only considering candidates in Mountain or Pacific time zones.\n
  • Respond to client support requests and provide best practice administration guidance to clients\n
  • Document client support requests that require follow-up\n
  • Escalate any support requests as needed to the COO\n
  • Create and update System User Guides and Documentation\n
  • Provide recommendations for system improvements based on client and support team experiences\n
  • Log system issues identified internally or by clients\n
  • Initiate the Change Request process and work with the Development Team to execute Change Requests\n
  • Support testing of new product features or issue fixes\n
  • Train new product support team members\n
  • Oversee the adherence of the Support Team and Full Administration Teams to PMC Data Classification and Information Handling Procedures\n
  • Participate in prospective client product demonstrations (as required)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field\n
  • 3+ years of experience in equity compensation, stock plan administration, or client service roles within the financial services industry\n
  • Strong knowledge of equity compensation plans, including stock options, RSUs, and ESPPs\n
  • Excellent client relationship management and interpersonal skills\n
  • CEP (Certified Equity Professional) designation preferred\n
  • Proficiency with stock plan platforms\n
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and attention to detail\n
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment\n
