• You analyze and resolve incidents and service requests as part of 2nd level support.
• When technical challenges arise in the Microsoft Azure infrastructure, you investigate the issues and find solutions.
• You actively support the administration and further development of our Azure environments.
• Management of user and group policies in Entra ID (Azure AD) is part of your responsibilities.
• You efficiently automate routine tasks with PowerShell and develop appropriate scripts.
• You contribute your expertise on database topics related to Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL queries.
• In close cooperation with 1st Level Support and other departments, you ensure high service quality.
• You document solutions, processes, and best practices to ensure knowledge is retained sustainably.

IT Support Engineer – 2nd/3rd Level

• You handle the installation, configuration, and deployment of our software for new customers
• In addition, you support existing customers by applying updates and performing professional troubleshooting
• You advise customers on technical installation and rollout scenarios for our software within their IT infrastructure
• As the central point of contact, you independently and efficiently analyze, classify, and resolve customers' technical inquiries
• You work closely with Development and Customer Success teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure high service quality
• You take ownership of the entire technical implementation process and, when needed, coordinate alignment between customers and internal specialists

IT Support Engineer – 1st/2nd Level

• You build strong relationships with key contacts in our target customer profile via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels
• You conduct conversations so that your counterpart feels addressed authentically and with respect
• You regularly bring our Account Executives into initial meetings with the right people at the right companies
• Together with the marketing team, you develop and run new campaigns and creative sales plays
