Expand distribution channels and Advisory partner relationships to achieve aggressive multi-year growth goals
Clearly define the value proposition of the EAG offer, leveraging data and analytics
Responsible for oversight of operational and regulatory components of managed account service delivery
Influence and create alignment with senior leaders across the organization on the strategic direction of EAG
Prepare and deliver business reviews to senior management and the Board of Directors
Manage and direct the evolution of key vendor relationships
Conduct research and competitive analyses to support strategic planning
Oversight of product management processes and focus
Oversee the technical team responsible for product creation
Requirements
A minimum of 10 years of experience in the retirement industry
In-depth knowledge of the managed accounts industry, including customers, regulatory environment, products, and competitors
In-depth knowledge of the Defined Contribution market
Demonstrated senior leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, particularly in driving change management to accomplish aggressive goals in a complex environment.
A visionary who can set and execute on a strategy, and an innovative thinker that acts with agility to react to changing market needs.
Superior people-leadership skills with demonstrated experience in talent and team development, and consistent ability to attract and retain top talent.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, marketing or other business field required.
Series 65 registrations required within corporate-established timelines.
FINRA fingerprinting required.
