Establish and manage relationships with 3PL, wholesalers, and specialty pharmacies to ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable distribution of MM120
Oversee the design and implementation of a patient-centric hub service model, emphasizing adherence and affordability tailored to mental health patients, to maximize access and support
Ensure compliance with government pricing regulations (e.g., ASP, AMP, Medicaid, Medicare rebates, 340B), overseeing accurate reporting and strategic pricing decisions
Lead GTN forecasting and analysis to optimize financial performance and inform pricing and contracting strategies

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field; advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, or equivalent) preferred
12+ years in pharmaceutical market access, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role, ideally in psychiatry/mental health, neurology, or specialty therapeutics
Proven success in trade and distribution, hub services, government pricing, GTN strategies, pricing, contracting, and field execution
Experience engaging with REMS programs to ensure compliance and alignment with market access goals
Prior success navigating DEA rescheduling for controlled substances is highly desirable
Demonstrated ability to build and scale market access functions in a startup or high-growth environment
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills in GTN modeling, payer dynamics, and market access analytics
