About the role

  • Operates as the zone liaison for the Digital & Automation business lines
  • Drives profitable growth & market share
  • Enhances customer satisfaction by developing new go-to-market strategies and business models
  • Ensures the implementation of an effective portfolio sales strategy
  • Provide customer solutions and increase sales with potential customers
  • Leads and develops their team of Product Specialist Executives and Enterprise Imaging Sales Executives
  • Provides oversight with ownership of deals & the sales process
  • Assess technical/sales/professional developmental needs of team members
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and guidelines
  • Set sales targets for the zone
  • Manage completion of budgets and regular sales reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 10+ years’ experience in a clinical or sales environment
  • Preferred experience selling software solutions into clinical/hospital environments
  • Successful sales and operations experience, preferably in a major Healthcare Imaging or Software organization
  • Solid understanding of strategic business goals
  • Demonstrated ability to form relationships to effectively collaborate across a matrixed organization
  • Solid professional judgment and problem-solving competence
  • Ability to improve existing processes and approaches
  • Experience with creating, developing, leading and mentoring high performance teams.
