About the role
- Operates as the zone liaison for the Digital & Automation business lines
- Drives profitable growth & market share
- Enhances customer satisfaction by developing new go-to-market strategies and business models
- Ensures the implementation of an effective portfolio sales strategy
- Provide customer solutions and increase sales with potential customers
- Leads and develops their team of Product Specialist Executives and Enterprise Imaging Sales Executives
- Provides oversight with ownership of deals & the sales process
- Assess technical/sales/professional developmental needs of team members
- Develop and implement sales strategies and guidelines
- Set sales targets for the zone
- Manage completion of budgets and regular sales reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 10+ years’ experience in a clinical or sales environment
- Preferred experience selling software solutions into clinical/hospital environments
- Successful sales and operations experience, preferably in a major Healthcare Imaging or Software organization
- Solid understanding of strategic business goals
- Demonstrated ability to form relationships to effectively collaborate across a matrixed organization
- Solid professional judgment and problem-solving competence
- Ability to improve existing processes and approaches
- Experience with creating, developing, leading and mentoring high performance teams.
