Fall 2025 Regional Organizing Directors – Remote Seasonal Manager/Supervisor
Empower Project is the national leader in paid and volunteer relational organizing programs, helping boost voter turnout especially for BIPOC communities
Provides software and expertise to help communities leverage personal relationships to build power and expand the electorate
In 2025, running paid relational organizing programs in several states including Pennsylvania, Virginia, and New Jersey
Core responsibilities include recruitment and screening, managing a team of organizers, 1:1 meetings, trainings, maintaining CM data standards, and supporting leadership

Requirements
Minimum Experience: Management
Ability to manage and lead a team of up to 10 Organizers
Timely data entry of CM data
Direct organizing staff during large-scale trainings, managing technology, presentation and team coordination
Regular 1:1 meetings with direct reports after onboarding waves
Clear communication of program requirements and contributing to materials
Monitor results and share best practices with peers and leadership
Gather feedback on training materials and improve support materials
Assist leadership in monitoring recruitment pipeline
Other tasks as assigned by leadership
Extra consideration for candidates with existing relationships in key states or fluent in a second language (e.g., Spanish)
