Develop, maintain and improve direct customer relationships in Hungary for Branson
Visit new and existing customers to promote the Emerson portfolio and services and identify new business opportunities
Develop sales and growth strategies in the defined territory to achieve and exceed bookings and growth targets
Monitor the marketplace and gather intelligence to identify early opportunities
Cooperate with existing sales force and business development teams across BUs to find cross-selling opportunities
Provide competitive, technical, and commercial input for proposals and support proposal process
Actively use sales productivity tools like CRM and CPQ to deliver accurate order forecasts and manage opportunities
Travel frequently within the designated area and occasionally within the CEE region to build relationships with branches/offices
Requirements
University degree or equivalent experience in an engineering/technical related field (focus on plastic materials, plastics technology, plastic joining advantageous)
Knowledge of B2B sales
Proven ability to develop and implement Sales Plans and achieve strong results
