About the role
- Implement and maintain Oracle HCM with a focus on Benefits integration and Oracle Workforce Compensation
- Define and own the Benefits project backlog; prioritize with stakeholders and vendors
- Drive planning and execution of backlog to ensure successful delivery
- Facilitate requirements gathering, document fit/gap analysis, and create technical design specifications
- Identify functionality gaps and recommend solutions
- Manage configuration of Benefits and Compensation applications per requirements and standards
- Partner with organization points of contact and Operations to resolve production issues
- Assist with testing functionality, enhancements, custom interfaces, reporting tools, and conversions
- Maintain end-user training documentation and provide user training
- Monitor application development and technical support for quality and timeliness
- Present enhancement statuses during iteration review meetings
- Map business processes to Oracle and review new quarterly upgrade features
- Perform quarterly regression and enhancement testing
- Provide ongoing support to Business Units for Benefits, Compensation, and related modules
Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of configuration, implementation, or business support experience with an HCM application
- Experience with large change initiatives
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without need for sponsorship now or in the future
- Preferred: Oracle HCM experience (preferred) or other HCM system experience
- Preferred: Experience in Benefits and Compensations
- Preferred: Experience working with agile teams and SAFe agile implementation practices
- Deadline oriented with a sense of urgency
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with clients, contractors, and vendors at all levels
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
