About the role

  • Support and manage recruiting processes within Oracle HCM, including requisition creation, candidate tracking, reporting, and system troubleshooting to ensure data integrity and process accuracy.
  • Drive consistency and adoption of best practices across talent acquisition teams to support account stabilization, optimization, and performance.
  • Analyze hiring data and operational metrics to identify trends, uncover inefficiencies, and provide actionable recommendations to improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Track and report key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, SLA compliance, recruiter productivity) to ensure performance targets are met.
  • Manage and continuously improve recruitment processes and supporting technology to ensure a seamless and effective candidate and client experience.
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges impacting recruiting delivery through root cause analysis and action planning.
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new talent acquisition tools, workflows, and processes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve the candidate, recruiter, and client journey.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and key updates to stakeholders to maintain alignment and accountability.
  • Provide ongoing training to support team performance, compliance, and service delivery excellence.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by driving the adoption of operational excellence strategies and supporting knowledge-sharing across the team.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) is required ; advanced degree preferred.
  • 3-4 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, or client service leadership within an RPO or talent solutions environment.
  • Experience supporting and managing recruiting processes within Oracle HCM (requisition creation, candidate tracking, reporting, troubleshooting).
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze hiring data and operational metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with change management, training, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional project coordination.
  • Ability to manage recruitment processes, ensure data integrity, and resolve operational challenges through root cause analysis.
