Grow a solid Process Management framework, including visualization of all required processes together with accurate status on the development achievement progress.
Proactively collaborate with relevant process owners and subject matter authorities in all organizations to align the process content with industry-standard methodologies and bring efficiency and productivity gains.
Develop a comprehensive Communication framework, including both communication with our consumers and internal communication with the IT I&O organization.
Use all communication channels to drive programs and initiatives that promote the adoption and consistency of IT I&O values throughout the Global IT I&O Team, focusing on IT I&O values, Build Space, Empowerment, and Customer Service orientation.
Develop the team under their responsibility: manage performance and objectives and promote the right engagement culture.
Contribute to the overall process excellence team budget, by providing accurate inputs on potential costs for travel, training, projects, tools, or change of staff.
Target communications to external consumers (Business Units and Corporate entities) and internal IT I&O organization members.
Requirements
Demonstrated ability within an Infrastructure & Operations function, Finance function, or General IT, minimum of 5 years
Proven experience with process Management principles and standards.
Proficiency in English is a must.
Proficient in collaborating with various partners on a worldwide scale.
Preferred: University degree in a related field (IT, Engineering, Communications, Business) or equivalent experience.
Preferred: Master’s Degree or MBA – would be considered an advantage.
Preferred: Good understanding of the Emerson Infrastructure and its particularities, as well as the processes, procedures, and protocols to be followed in different instances.
Preferred: Skilled in using the MS Office Kit and other internal tools and data management systems (Oracle, My IT, Power BI).
