Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale applications using Java, Spring, and Oracle Databases.
Architect and implement microservice-based solutions with scalability, maintainability, and high availability.
Oversee integration and orchestration of business process workflows using Flowable BPM.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams; enforce best practices in coding, design patterns, and system architecture.
Aligns business strategy with software solutions; Proposes, designs & codes software solutions to address complex business needs; Oversees technical and procedural documentation required; Leads complex problem solving.

5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
University/college degree; in lieu of degree, comparable education/certification/experience may be considered.
Preferred Skills: Application Development, Business Management, Customer Solutions, Design, Group Problem Solving, Process Improvements, Release Management, Software Solutions, User Experience (UX) Design.
Competencies: Application Design, Architecture, Packaged Application Integration, Product and Vendor Evaluation, Software Process Improvement (SPI), System Development Life Cycle, Technical Troubleshooting.
