About the role

  • Commercialize and promote RIDGID & GREENLEE products and solutions across Mexico
  • Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets
  • Build and implement annual business plans, executive reports, presentations, forecasts, brand initiatives, and project tracking plans
  • Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales managers and sales representatives nationwide
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data, identify improvements, and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure distributors optimize ProAction benefits (discounts, MDF, and rebates) and meet sales targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders
  • Understand market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategies
  • Manage sales budgets, expenses, and resources effectively
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries to senior management
  • Coordinate closely with operations, marketing, customer care, and credit & collections teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electric Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 8+ years of proven sales experience, focused on the Mexican market
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in key account management, business development, or sales operations
  • Skilled in building relationships with distributors and end-users
  • Ability to work independently and as an effective teammate
  • Organized in managing multiple projects in dynamic environments
  • Experience communicating with operations, marketing, customer care, and credit & collections
  • Preferred: experience in industrial tools, mining, or construction industry
  • Preferred: knowledge of inventory management strategies and distribution networks
  • Preferred: advanced proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
