About the role
- Review project proposals, including handling quotation submittals and pricing considerations
- Serve as a liaison between the sales channels and the company for projects involving multi-regulator customers
- Work with sales managers, product managers, engineering, planners, buyers, manufacturing, and finance teams to meet customer requirements, enhance profitability, and deliver quick technical solutions
- Understand complex customer specifications and become proficient in ASME and ASTM standards
- Coordinate pricing and contractual documents with customers or suppliers, ensuring thorough review of terms and conditions
- Assist factories by defining and coordinating special customer product modifications or services to ensure alignment with customer requirements and industry standards during execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3 years’ experience working in an engineering/manufacturing environment
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15% of the year to Nuevo Laredo, Mexico; McKinney Texas, and Tulsa Oklahoma
- Ability to work and communicate optimally with global teams
- Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and customer service skills
- Quick learner of technical specifications and strong attention to detail
- Preference for Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial
- Knowledge of Emerson Pressure Management products or industry applications (preferred)
- Experience working with SAP is a plus
