About the role
- Design and develop mechanical components and systems for aerospace and defense applications
- Conduct detailed analyses and simulations to validate and optimize designs
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and procedures
- Prepare and review technical documentation and reports
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate mechanical designs into overall systems
- Ensure designs meet industry standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or a related role
- Proficient understanding of mechanical design principles and computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Practical Knowledge of engineering principles and practices
- Experience with Computer Aided Engineering tools
- Familiarity working in multi-disciplinary design and development teams
