About the role
- Coordinate with VA, DoD, and Cerner teams to deliver IAM capabilities that align with EHR modernization objectives
- Manage ODCIO IAM activities related to site deployment, training, and ongoing operational requirements
- Support documentation, reporting, and information flow for EHRM-IO program needs
- Facilitate meetings and provide stewardship for action item and decision tracking to ensure accountability and progress
- Track project performance metrics including cost, schedule, and deliverable quality
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project execution
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in a relevant technical or project management role
- Proven experience managing Information Technology (IT) projects
- Strong understanding of system development lifecycle and project management methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across multi-stakeholder environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or a related technical discipline (an additional 8 years of relevant experience may substitute for degree)
