Coordinate with VA, DoD, and Cerner teams to deliver IAM capabilities that align with EHR modernization objectives
Manage ODCIO IAM activities related to site deployment, training, and ongoing operational requirements
Support documentation, reporting, and information flow for EHRM-IO program needs
Facilitate meetings and provide stewardship for action item and decision tracking to ensure accountability and progress
Track project performance metrics including cost, schedule, and deliverable quality
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project execution
Requirements
10+ years of professional experience in a relevant technical or project management role
Proven experience managing Information Technology (IT) projects
Strong understanding of system development lifecycle and project management methodologies
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and performance metrics
Excellent communication and coordination skills across multi-stakeholder environments
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or a related technical discipline (an additional 8 years of relevant experience may substitute for degree)
