About the role
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for EHR, Health IT, Cybersecurity, and Data Modernization programs
- Build strong pipelines for VisTA, Oracle Health (Cerner), and Epic roles across technical and functional domains
- Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviews, salary negotiation, and offer coordination
- Partner with hiring managers, delivery leads, and proposal teams to meet staffing goals
- Maintain and update candidate data in ATS; track recruiting metrics weekly
- Cultivate networks within the Oracle Health / Cerner alumni community and Midwest health systems
- Represent Emerging Tech’s mission and culture to candidates and partners.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in Health IT, EHR implementation, or federal contracting
- Proven success placing candidates in Cerner (Oracle Health), Epic, or VisTA environments
- Strong understanding of healthcare technology roles—both functional and technical
- Proficiency with sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, ClearanceJobs, etc.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and closing skills
- U.S. citizenship is required due to federal contracting requirements.
