Requirements
- 3+ years of experience recruiting engineers, data scientists, or product talent (in-house or agency).
- Proven track record hiring for fast-growing startups or tech companies.
- Deep familiarity with the technical landscape — you can talk credibly about stacks, roles, and skills.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
