Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (primarily engineering and product), including sourcing. Bonus if you have experience with Design roles!
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, role scope, and ideal candidate profiles
Actively source and engage top technical talent through LinkedIn, referrals, communities, and other creative channels
Build and manage a healthy pipeline of candidates across multiple open roles
Conduct screening calls and coordinate interviews, ensuring a thoughtful and efficient candidate experience
Manage & track candidate progress in our ATS, Ashby
Represent Vizcom’s brand with clarity and excitement throughout every candidate touchpoint
Requirements
2 – 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally at a startup or in a fast-paced environment
Proven success hiring for engineering roles (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, etc.)
Strong sourcing skills, preferably you already have your own Recruiter accounts & strong network on LinkedIn
Comfortable running multiple roles at once, and working autonomously
Excellent communicator and relationship-builder, with both candidates and internal teams
Experience with ATS systems, preferable Ashby
Bonus: experience recruiting for design, product, or go-to-market teams
