Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (engineering, product, design, etc.).
Source and engage high-quality candidates through creative channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, social, events, referrals).
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, team dynamics, and candidate profiles.
Manage the candidate experience from first touch to offer acceptance, ensuring transparency and momentum at every stage.
Maintain data integrity in Greenhouse and deliver regular pipeline reporting.
Collaborate with the broader team on employer branding, referral programs, and interview best practices.
Requirements
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with preference for candidates who have focused on technical roles in a SaaS startup environment or an agency supporting growth SaaS customers.
Proven ability to source and close candidates in competitive markets.
Comfort recruiting across multiple technical stacks and disciplines.
Excellent LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search skills.
Strong communication and storytelling skills — you know how to sell the mission and opportunity.
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse preferred).
High sense of urgency, ownership, and adaptability.
