Provide support to HR with sourcing candidates, updating employee records, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Candidate sourcing and outreach: identify and source candidates via job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and internal databases; post job ads; reach out to passive candidates.
Resume screening: review applications and shortlist candidates based on qualifications.
Interview scheduling and coordination: coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers; send invitations and prep information.
Candidate communication: act as point of contact for candidates, provide updates and feedback, and respond to inquiries.
Interview support: prepare interview materials, observe interviews, take notes, and contribute to assessments.
Applicant tracking and database management: maintain and update ATS records accurately.
Onboarding assistance: prepare materials, assist with documentation, and coordinate with new hires.
Market research and job descriptions: research industry trends and salary benchmarks; assist drafting job descriptions.
Reporting and recruitment metrics: track application volume, time-to-hire, interview-to-offer ratio, and generate recruitment reports.
Requirements
A degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in HR and talent acquisition.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with social media and job boards (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) for recruitment.
Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Preferred Skills (Optional): Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
