Account Executive – Corporate

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals.
• Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs’ conversational AI capabilities can drive user engagement, automation, or cost efficiency.
• Generate and own pipeline through targeted outbound into priority accounts, partnering with SDRs and our partnerships team to break into the C-suite.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends.
• Demonstrate expertise, or a strong willingness to learn, about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs’ voice technology can unlock value across customer support, virtual agents, in-app assistants, and more.
• Develop and execute account strategies to expand ElevenLabs’ presence within key Canadian enterprise verticals (e.g., financial services, public sector, telecom).
• Partner closely with customer success and solutions engineering to ensure smooth onboarding and expansion of accounts.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, educating them on emerging trends in generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents.

Account Executive – Enterprise

Accounts Payable

• Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments, maintaining vendor records, and supporting month-end close activities.
• Serve as a key liaison between our vendors and internal teams to uphold strong financial operations and vendor relationships.
• Ensure proper coding, approval, and documentation of invoices in accordance with company policy.
• Schedule and prepare payments in line with vendor terms and internal timelines.
• Maintain and reconcile the AP aging report and monitor outstanding payables.
• Assist in fulfilling audit requests and compiling internal control documentation.
• Support month-end close activities by reconciling AP and corporate credit card accounts.
• Act as a primary point of contact for accounts payable inquiries from employees, contractors, and vendors.
• Collaborate with auditors and external partners when required.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with vendors through timely and professional communication.

Accounts Payable Specialist

IT Support

• You will work closely with the Security and Operations teams to keep our endpoints, offices, networks, and SaaS tools secure, while making sure people stay as productive as possible with the tools we have.
• You will lead the IT Engineering team, balancing hands-on technical work with mentoring, project planning, and hiring.
• This is a hands-on technical role with lead responsibilities.

IT Engineering Lead

Social Media Manager

• Own the social content calendar across X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn for both ElevenCreative and ElevenLabs, plus our community on Discord, from planning through publishing.
• Coordinate with AI creative producers and product teams to capture product moments such as screen recordings, motion demos, and feature walkthroughs, and adapt them into social-ready assets.
• Record and edit content yourself using tools like Screen Studio, assembling clips, adding text and motion overlays, and formatting natively for each platform.
• Own and grow our Discord community, sparking conversation, surfacing feedback, and keeping it active.
• Plan and execute social content around product launches, feature releases, and company moments.
• Work with the creator partnerships and community teams to source creator work, align on campaigns, and amplify content across channels.
• Monitor platform analytics, tracking engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversion, and use the data to refine strategy.
• Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and cultural moments to find opportunities for the brand.
• Up-level the brand voice and raise the quality bar across every channel, keeping a consistent identity.
• Manage community engagement across platforms, responding to comments, surfacing feedback, and joining the right conversations.
• Develop and iterate on content formats that drive engagement and show product capabilities to creators and marketers.

Program Manager

• Own relationships with hiring agencies and recruiting contractors end-to-end — sourcing, onboarding, performance tracking, and vendor management.
• Build and maintain capacity plans that map hiring demand to recruiter and agency supply, flagging gaps before they become blockers.
• Program manage surge hiring initiatives, coordinating across internal recruiters, external partners, and recruiters to keep pipelines moving.
• Design lightweight but durable SOPs for how we engage and manage external recruiting partners at scale.
• Track and report on agency and contractor performance, cost-per-hire, and fill rates — surfacing insights to improve how we deploy capacity.
• Transition into broader Talent Ops work over time: workflow automation, tooling, dashboards, and recruiter enablement: identifying and recommending the agencies we work with, and supporting a seamless calibration process.

Talent Operations – Program Manager

Brand Manager

• You'll own the execution and orchestration of our brand partnerships and activations, running campaigns that elevate ElevenLabs' presence across all audiences.
• Think: Sports partnerships, popup shops, unique OOH, creator partnerships, online interactive experiences, and more.
• This is hands-on, execution-focused work.
• You'll develop partnership strategies and creative campaigns, build the assets field teams need to activate partnerships, manage multi-million dollar partnership budgets and timelines, and measure the impact.
• You'll partner closely with product marketing, comms, and design - orchestrating across teams to ensure activations hit hard and stay on-brand.

Brand Marketing

• Lead and develop your team: Hire, mentor, and grow talented support specialists; drive higher performance and create a culture of excellence.
• Own enterprise support operations end-to-end: Manage day-to-day metrics, KPIs, and ensure smooth operations across global shifts and time zones.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers in how they adopt and deploy ElevenLabs technology at scale

Account Executive – Productions

Account Manager

• Build ElevenLabs' partner enablement foundation from scratch - onboarding journeys, role-based certification tracks (Sales, SE, Delivery), and the Partner Academy (LMS/PRM) that scales it globally
• Design hands-on technical labs, sandbox environments, and certification exercises that give partner SEs real implementation experience before going to market
• Develop partner-facing commercial assets - playbooks, discovery guides, demo scripts, architecture blueprints - that translate ElevenLabs' capabilities into partner field execution
• Work closely with Revenue Partnerships to align enablement with pipeline motions, target accounts, and activation metrics; measure success by partner time-to-first-deal, certification rates, and partner-sourced pipeline
• Use ElevenLabs' own voice and agent technology to build localized, AI-native training content that showcases the platform through the enablement experience itself
• Flex across internal Sales Enablement (AE, SDR, CSM) as needed - this is a lean, full-stack team

GTM Enablement – Partnerships

Chief of Staff

• Partner directly with the GM on strategy, revenue operations, and regional planning
• Own forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and capacity planning across the APAC team
• Support and coordinate on complex deal execution
• Sit in on AE interviews, customer meetings, representing the GM when needed

• Own growth for ElevenProductions end-to-end.
• Position and package our service lines for enterprise buyers.
• Launch new capabilities as Productions expands into additional languages and formats.
• Produce the collateral that enables our sales team to close.
• Drive the pipeline that fills it.
• Develop event strategy, work with our performance marketing team on targeted campaigns, build outbound sequences, and identify the accounts and verticals where Productions can win.
• Define the playbook from scratch, working cross-functionally with the Productions team, sales, and the broader marketing organization.

B2B Product Marketing

Producer

• Drive the success of Productions for one or multiple language teams.
• Onboard and train linguists and other audio professionals (Producers) to use the ElevenLabs platform.
• Build quality control and monitoring systems for your language to ensure the dubs, audiobooks, and other content we deliver sound natural and professional-grade.
• Work with the Productions product and engineering team to optimize our tools and processes for high-quality content creation.
• Define our editorial line and set our creative direction, such as style guides, voice casting, translation and adaptation principles.
