About the role
- Identify, design, and manage collaborations with IP rights holders, top creators, cultural innovators, and industry partners to bring new voice-driven experiences to life.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and partnerships teams to grow and curate the Iconic Marketplace—onboarding top talent, managing relationships, and ensuring that both established and emerging voices find value and visibility on the platform.
- Build and manage relationships with leading creators and influencers across music, film, gaming, and digital media.
- Work closely with marketing and community teams to support activations, product launches, and creative initiatives.
- Collaborate with platforms, creative tool providers, and digital communities to ensure ElevenLabs is embedded where creators make, share, and monetize their work.
- Help represent ElevenLabs within the creative community.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years’ experience in strategic partnerships, influencer marketing, business development, or creative brand collaborations
- Experience working in the music and/or entertainment space
- Deep understanding of the creator economy, influencer landscape, and digital media ecosystems
- Proven success in negotiating and executing IP partnerships and campaigns that drive cultural and business impact
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and creative teams to deliver high-visibility initiatives
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with creators, agencies, and industry partners
- A passion for empowering creativity and advancing the future of voice and expression.
