About the role
- The Account Manager is responsible for the retention and development of ongoing relationships between Coface and its key clients
- Handle client negotiations and come up with strategies to manage interactions with clients/prospect in a positive and professional manner
- Builds strong customer relationships through regular and proactive communication
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least three (3) years of administrative experience in a credit insurance, banking, claims, or factoring organization would be beneficial
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications: Outlook, Word, Excel
- P&C Insurance license a plus, or ability to pass licensing course 60 days from hire date
