About the role
- Act as a strategic partner and point of contact for hiring managers and candidates assigned job requisitions
- Guide hiring managers through every step of the recruitment process
- Drive and maintain a successful, compliant recruitment workflow following best practices and Elekta’s standards
- Keep job requisitions updated in Applicant Tracking System (Workday), ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Continuously contribute to process improvements and share best practices to optimize recruitment outcomes
- Report to the Director Global Talent Acquisition and collaborate within Global Talent Acquisition team
- Cover a temporary assignment (maternity leave) at Elekta’s head office in Stockholm
Requirements
- University degree (BSc or higher) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Fluency in English and at least one other language
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle talent acquisition in a complex, international setting
- Practical knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Workday)
- Strong skills in using Copilot 365
- Excellent communication skills—clear, respectful, and constructive, both verbally and in writing
- Well-organized with outstanding time management and prioritization abilities
- Temporary contract with Elekta
