About the role

  • Lead clients through a seamless onboarding journey, ensuring timelines are met and expectations are exceeded
  • Deliver personalized online product training tailored to the client’s business needs
  • Build strong relationships with customers by providing proactive communication and clear progress updates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve onboarding challenges and continuously improve the client experience
  • Manage support tickets and issues with urgency, maintaining a solutions-first mindset
  • Coordinate efforts to transition customers smoothly from previous systems or to new implementations

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or account management, ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Active, empathetic listener with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple clients and projects at once
  • Creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft 365 (including intermediate Microsoft Excel skills), CRMs (Zoho, Salesforce), and ticket/project management systems
