About the role
- Collaborate with sales to gather client requirements
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand workflows and needs
- Configure software to client specifications
- Lead onboarding and training
- Assist with data migration
- Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation
- Conduct regular client check-ins
- Relay client feedback to product and engineering
- Partner with CSM to ensure smooth transitions between sales, onboarding, and success
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in SaaS or software implementation.
- Excellent people skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple client implementations independently
- Tech-savvy
- Adaptable and thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of veterinary clinic operations and workflows
- Nice to have: Proficiency in configuring and implementing software solutions, preferably in the veterinary or healthcare industry.
