• Act as a confidential and supportive resource for employees by responding to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and documentation within the HRIS, ensuring information is up to date and handled in accordance with company policies and applicable legislation.
• Support the preparation, tracking, and organization of HR documents, forms, reports, and employee communications.
• Assist with other HR programs and day-to-day administrative tasks that support the overall employee experience and HR operations.
• Support the recruitment process by assisting with candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and applicant tracking.
• Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment requirements, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation.
• Contribute to recruitment-related initiatives aimed at improving the candidate experience, including candidate surveys and employer branding platforms such as Glassdoor.
• Collaborate with the HR team to identify opportunities to improve recruitment coordination, process efficiency, and overall hiring support.
• Coordinate onboarding requirements, timelines, and logistics in collaboration with hiring managers and the HR team.
• Organize and facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding activities, including introductory meetings and presentations.
• Prepare new hire documentation and ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Ensure a smooth, welcoming, and consistent new hire experience by maintaining onboarding materials, tracking completion of onboarding tasks, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

• Conduct regular client meetings to share best practices, data-driven insights, and results that support renewals, growth, and referrals.
• Serve as a product expert, advising clients on WellnessLiving’s software, key features, and additional services.
• Maintain a consistent cadence of customer engagement to drive adoption and satisfaction.
• Review client data and performance metrics to anticipate needs, identify risks, and uncover growth opportunities.
• Create and analyze client reports to surface trends, opportunities, and potential issues.
• Host webinars and support customer-facing content that highlights WellnessLiving’s value.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding, Support, Product, and Marketing to drive customer success and revenue growth.

Artificial Intelligence

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and build websites from brief to launch using our AI-assisted vibe coding infrastructure and emerging technologies
• Participate in customer intake conversations, asking the right questions to surface what a successful implementation should look like before a build begins
• Translate customer vision and requirements into well-structured, functional websites by working closely with customers throughout the process
• Iterate on builds based on customer feedback, balancing responsiveness with scope discipline
• Keep your account queue organized and up to date so nothing slips and deadlines are met consistently
• Own end-to-end communication with customers throughout the build, from intake through to launch sign-off, keeping them informed and confident at every stage
• Lead structured touchpoints at key milestones — intake, mid-build review, and pre-launch walkthrough — so customers always know where their project stands and what comes next
• Send timely, professional updates using consistent messaging that reflects our commitments, manages expectations clearly, and proactively addresses questions before they become blockers
• Handle scope changes and evolving requirements directly with customers, clearly communicating trade-offs and timelines so nothing surfaces at the wrong moment
• Escalate complex issues or at-risk accounts to leadership early, with clear context and a recommended path forward rather than waiting for problems to compound
• Work within our AI-assisted code workflow, using AI tooling to build efficiently and at pace
