• Shape the Eight Sleep website and drive design of engaging, intuitive, and seamless experiences to help users discover and purchase a Pod

Product Designer, Web

• Lead the creation of our e-commerce experience to drive brand positioning and revenue growth
• Full spectrum of product design, from information architecture and low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity mockups
• Support customer discovery team in conducting usability studies and user interviews to inform design work
• Combine qualitative and quantitative customer insights to make design decisions that improve web experience and move the needle on conversion and retention
• Present work to stakeholders and executives; own design documentation and ensure files are prepped for engineering

• Play a critical role in shaping the Eight Sleep mobile app experience to help users optimize their sleep and health
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Brand, and Research & Development teams to craft high-quality, data-driven designs
• Own end-to-end product design: information architecture, low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interaction patterns
• Conduct usability studies and user interviews and use qualitative and quantitative data to validate designs
• Iterate on designs to improve app experience, reduce churn, and increase engagement
• Build, document, and organize UI components and maintain the design library/system for consistency across the app and brand
• Align with Product and Brand stakeholders and present design updates to C-suite leadership for feedback and approval

Marketing

• Lead the visual development of Eight Sleep’s brand across marketing and lifecycle flows
• Deliver pixel-perfect Figma files and create visually compelling, on-brand assets for all stages of the customer journey
• Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Brand teams to concept and execute high-performing designs
• Design campaigns, assets, product launches, flows, onboarding, newsletters, and more
• Translate strategy and messaging into visually engaging assets while maintaining brand guidelines
• Propose thoughtful A/B test ideas focused on driving engagement and conversion and validate designs using performance data and behavioral insights
• Iterate on designs through feedback and testing; help evolve the email design system and the visual identity
• Work in a fast-paced environment that values iteration, creativity, and clear communication

Marketing Designer

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Own financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for the company
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly variance analysis
• Build and maintain dynamic financial models to support strategic planning, new initiatives, and investment cases
• Partner with functional leads to define and track KPIs and operational metrics
• Develop ROI analyses for new product features, marketing initiatives, and cross-functional investments
• Create financial presentations and business review materials for executive leadership and the Board

FP&A Manager

Social Media Manager

• Lead the strategy, vision, and execution of Eight Sleep’s multi-platform social presence.
• Define and own channel-specific social media strategies (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, emerging platforms).
• Build and grow community, transforming followers into advocates and customers into superfans.
• Collaborate with in-house designers, editors, and external creators/partners to set a high creative bar.
• Integrate organic and paid strategies to maximize reach and efficiency.
• Track, analyze, and report on channel performance; iterate for impact.
• Stay ahead of trends and cultural moments; test new formats and translate brand priorities into social storytelling.
• Work closely with brand marketing, growth, and product teams to drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty.

Hardware Engineer

• Bring current and next generations of Pod hardware to life by designing and implementing firmware
• Bring-up and implement cutting-edge sensor technologies and incorporate them into products for health monitoring
• Collaborate with hardware teams to guide prototyping and drive efficient designs and production implementation
• Lead transformation of firmware development standards and tooling to improve testing and deployment
• Work closely with manufacturing team in China to develop tests and deliver high-quality products on time
• Deliver firmware updates directly to fleet with low friction and measurable impact to the business
• Communicate effectively in both in-person and remote environments

Senior Firmware Engineer

Operations

• As our Email Operations Manager, you’ll own the operational backbone of Eight Sleep’s lifecycle marketing efforts, ensuring our campaigns and automated flows with precision and impact.\n• From implementation to reporting to process optimization, you’ll ensure our email marketing program not only runs smoothly but delivers measurable results.\n• This role reports to the Director of Lifecycle Marketing.\n• We are a mission-driven company, so passion for our work is key. This role spans four main areas:\n• Implementation: Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and automated flows, ensuring on-time delivery and quality. Lead training for contractors/freelancers assisting with execution.\n• Reporting: Build and maintain reporting frameworks, partner with analytics teams to create automated dashboards, and surface actionable insights to stakeholders.\n• Technology: Oversee our lifecycle marketing tech stack, identify and integrate new tools (including a CDP), and maintain vendor relationships.\n• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies, standardize workflows, and implement best practices to improve campaign performance and team efficiency.\n• What You’ll Do:\n• Build and manage campaign and automated flow implementation from brief to launch\n• QA and test emails across devices, browsers and clients to ensure compatibility and deliverability\n• Maintain list hygiene by removing invalid contacts, suppressing over-mailed groups, and identifying opportunities for growth\n• Ensure adherence to email marketing legal standards such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR\n• Build reporting systems to track campaign performance and customer engagement\n• Partner with analytics/data teams to develop automated dashboards (Looker, etc.)\n• Oversee lifecycle marketing tools, ensuring full integration and optimization\n• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and results\n• Document processes and implement operational best practices
