💰 £38,500 - £49,000 per year
About the role
- Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities: qualify, engage, and sign-up companies to provide Hussle as an employee benefit
- Provide feedback and insights to improve proposition and optimise the sales process
- Lead generation and target company research in assigned regions and sectors; qualify and convert marketing-generated leads
- Participate in and occasionally lead events and webinars to support lead generation and brand awareness
- Prepare and present customised sales pitches to senior decision makers at target companies
- Build a detailed territory plan and aim to conduct around 5 or more new client meetings per week
- Complete 2 outbound lead generation sales events in your region and consistently close deals to achieve on-target earnings
- Use Salesforce and sales methodologies to manage the sales process
Requirements
- Based in or around London, or possess excellent knowledge of the London corporate landscape
- Proven experience selling employee benefit solutions and packages to HR and Finance teams across companies of all sizes
- Ideally experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Exceptional communication and presenting skills
- Confident handling objections and negotiating outcomes
- Strong closing abilities, commercial acumen, and resilience to deliver new business
- Experience with sales tools like Salesforce (or similar)
- Industry knowledge in health and fitness (nice-to-have)
