About the role

  • Generate high-quality leads and support the sales pipeline through targeted, impactful marketing initiatives
  • Plan and execute field marketing campaigns tailored to the tech industry combining events, trade shows, and digital programs
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and cross-functional Marketing teams to shape and deliver localized marketing strategy
  • Build strong relationships with local marketing contacts at key technology partners
  • Collaborate with sales to qualify leads and accelerate them through the pipeline
  • Work closely with country managers, sales, product, and content teams to develop impactful marketing materials
  • Localize and regularly update marketing content and digital assets in relevant languages
  • Work closely with PR & marketing agencies to optimize local marketing performance
  • Provide local market insights to support targeted messaging and brand positioning
  • Plan and participate in events, trade shows, webinars, and other field initiatives
  • Recruit customer speakers for webinars and events and conduct case study interviews with reference customers
  • Brief and align local teams ahead of marketing campaigns and events
  • Track and optimize the performance of field marketing activities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in field marketing, demand generation, and account-based marketing, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment
  • Expertise in tracking and analyzing local OKRs, marketing metrics, and ROI
  • Utilising Artificial Intelligence (AI and AIO) and knowledge in AI & Digital Marketing
  • Proven expertise and knowledge in Digital Marketing & AI technologies
  • Experience managing external vendors or contractors to execute field marketing programs
  • Stakeholder management experience aligning with country managers, sales, BA’s, partners and customers
  • Proven ability to execute field campaigns and local marketing events (meet-ups, seminars, conferences) and drive lead nurturing initiatives
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in organizing and managing large-scale, high-impact events (virtual and in-person)
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) (desired)
  • Tech industry experience, particularly within cloud or DevOps (desired)
  • Ability to speak Danish or Norwegian (bonus)
