About the role

  • Responsible for a defined territory of customers and prospects; create and execute a go-to-market plan
  • Leverage resources (BDRs, Partners, Product Specialists, Solution Consultants) to drive sales
  • Focus on customer success to become a trusted advisor and extend Protegrity footprint
  • Identify and interpret clients/prospects business objectives and present complex solutions virtually or face-to-face
  • Build and lead virtual internal teams to deliver solutions
  • Create territory and individual account plans to maximize revenue, margin, market share and relationship depth
  • Drive retention, renewals and growth while achieving assigned quotas
  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive successful adoption of the platform and ensure customer success
  • Provide market and "voice of customer" feedback to influence product and solution development
  • Establish and maintain strong senior leadership level client and partner relationships
  • Partner with Marketing on account-based strategies and publish client success stories
  • Manage several existing Enterprise accounts

Requirements

  • Experience driving successful onboarding, expansion and renewal of existing customers
  • Strong understanding of large, complex customers and ability to partner and influence multiple client stakeholders
  • Proven negotiation skills at the C-suite level with large customer organizations
  • Ability to learn and understand large enterprise business models
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet internal and external deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to drive significant revenue growth with highly competitive strategic clients
  • Ability to drive urgency in the sales cycle and execute solution strategies
  • Exceptional ability to manage a robust pipeline
  • Superior presentation and communication skills with C-level executives
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and build positive working relationships
  • Experience working directly and with partner ecosystem (AWS, Microsoft, Accenture, etc.)
  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience in a client facing enterprise strategic sales role
  • Experience with cloud technologies
  • Experience with Generative AI technologies and concepts
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Data Protection, Privacy and Security
  • Preferred: Knowledge Software Sales, SAAS
  • Preferred industry expertise: Financial Services; Health Care; Retail
