• Lead the Program Management function and establish scalable governance, delivery frameworks, and operating practices.

Engineering Manager

• Lead 2–3 product engineering teams (including the core UI team), providing day-to-day management, coaching, mentoring, and performance support while maintaining a strong technical presence.
• Set technical direction for the UI platform: micro-frontend architecture, React/TypeScript standards, shell SDK interfaces, module contracts, and shared design-system/theming patterns.
• Drive engineering execution: sprint planning, technical prioritization, code reviews, and hands-on contributions to unblock delivery and improve reliability.
• Establish and evolve CI/CD for independently deployable front-end modules, including build pipelines, artifact management, automated testing, and safe rollout practices.
• Ensure reusable UI and service capabilities are well-designed and documented (including company-wide ‘skills files’/patterns), and guide integration with supporting backend services such as user management and authorization.
• Partner closely with Product Management to define roadmap, scope features, and deliver high-impact product outcomes.
• Define and maintain clear module contracts, API descriptors, and SDK interfaces to enable independent development across teams.
• Promote scalable integration patterns including event-driven communication and shared state approaches across modules and services.
• Drive engineering best practices across teams including coding standards, testing strategies, and development workflows (including AI-assisted tools where appropriate).

Customer Success Manager

• Own a portfolio of strategic customer accounts with accountability for gross retention, net retention, renewal readiness, customer health, and long-term expansion
• Manage to ARR retention targets by building account plans and driving proactive engagement strategies
• Run structured at-risk account playbooks for customers showing signs of churn
• Work with customers and Protegrity architects to develop and refine solution plans
• Help customers develop a roadmap for comprehensive data security across the enterprise
• Become the client advocate and a trusted advisor for the client for all their data security needs

• Own the ontology and rule layer that unifies structured, semi-structured, and unstructured enterprise data into a single reasoning model.
• Model entities, relationships, events, and constraints across heterogeneous sources, and develop rules that derive conclusions from combinations of facts.
• Use LLMs at the ingestion boundary for extraction, normalization, and categorization, with appropriate validation of model-generated outputs.
• Make system findings traceable by connecting each conclusion to the source facts and rules that produced it.
• Build retrieval capabilities, including vector search, keyword search, and graph traversal, to support reasoning workflows.
• Improve quality through entity resolution, constraint modeling, and structured handling of conflicting or overlapping sources.
• Ship production services and research prototypes with a focus on correctness, reliability, and maintainability.
