Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the Program Management function and establish scalable governance, delivery frameworks, and operating practices.
Drive execution of strategic product, platform, and business initiatives.
Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Security, and Operations teams.
Manage portfolio-level risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and trade-offs.
Provide executive leadership with clear visibility into portfolio health and metrics.
Lead governance and delivery processes for AI, GenAI, and intelligent automation initiatives.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence and program management maturity.
Coach, develop, and lead a team of Program Managers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of program or project management experience within enterprise software, SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology organizations.
5+ years of people leadership experience managing Program Managers or related delivery professionals.
Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs across Product Management, Engineering, Security, and Operations teams.
Proven success building, scaling, or transforming Program Management or PMO organizations.
Strong understanding of Agentic AI-driven SDLC, DevOps, and program management processes.
Experience managing portfolio governance, risk management, capacity planning, and executive stakeholder communications.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
