Business Development Rep

• Identify, develop and maintain internal and external relationships/partnerships

General

• To develop and respond to requests for information and proposals; to collaborate with various subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure the proposals are completed timely and accurately; and to provide oversight of quality and cohesiveness of response.
• Reviews and vets RFP & RFQ opportunities in collaboration with regional leadership & SMEs, coordinating and responding to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
• Provides initial draft of each request to various subject matter experts (SMEs) as needed and incorporates any needed edits or updates to the response.
• Ensures initial draft is compliant, responsive, and specifically tailored to each client’s needs.
• Ensures security and integrity of all proposal documentation.
• Works collaboratively with the SMEs to ensure new requirements are identified and documented.
• Facilitates internal flow and review of all proposal inputs and directs production of final master proposal.
• Determines and maintains the timeline for each response to ensure that deadlines are met.
• Helps develop and maintain proposal best practices.

Proposal Specialist

Sales

• Responsible for the strategic development and implementation of the EFI business plan/platform and promotion of EFI to customers and prospective clients
• Partners with Operations leadership on development of new lines of services
• Manages business revenue of approximately $35 million dollars
• Manages a national sales team
• Develop marketing strategies and facilitate implementation for lines of services
• Lead defined national client segments with clear ownership and accountability

Client Partner

• Manage Property Condition Assessments and Construction Monitoring related services.
• Oversee Real Estate and Construction site inspections and assessments including Property Condition Assessments, Construction Plan and Cost Reviews, Construction Loan Monitoring, and Probable Maximum Loss studies (seismic assessments) of multi-family, office, retail and industrial properties.
• Manage preparation of Construction Cost Estimates and Schedules for all deferred maintenance and projected maintenance, and renovation of commercial properties.
• Provide Construction Plan and Cost Review, followed by Construction Loan Monitoring services including analyzing monthly requisitions, change orders, and coordination between Owner, Developer, and Contractor.
• Perform site inspections (site reconnaissance) of commercial buildings to identify material physical deficiencies and areas of deferred maintenance.
• Prepare written reports containing an executive summary and report narrative illustrating the observations from site reconnaissance; recommend immediate repairs and opinions of estimated costs to remedy.
• Conduct peer trainings and mentoring of less experienced staff on completion of property condition assessments.
