About the role
- Own demand generation, pipeline creation, and multi-channel campaigns that drive revenue
- Drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention strategy across the growth funnel
- Take ownership of the growth funnel end-to-end — from demand generation to conversion
- Partner with comms/content and design teams and oversee marketing tech stack (Klaviyo, Salesforce, Instantly, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Report directly to the CEO
- Define, test, and scale demand generation across paid, organic, and outbound channels
- Launch and optimize multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, email nurture, Instantly outreach, events)
- Own funnel stages: lead → Demo → Registration → Activation → Engagement → Champion
- Oversee MarTech and build dashboards to track CAC, LTV, pipeline contribution
- Partner on SEO/content growth to turn thought leadership and case studies into pipeline-driving assets
- Manage a small growth team (performance marketer, marketing ops, SDRs)
- Run structured growth experiments and scale successful initiatives
- Identify, test, and integrate AI tools and workflows to accelerate campaigns and analytics
Requirements
- 6–10+ years in growth marketing, demand gen, or performance marketing roles
- Experience in B2B SaaS (construction tech, proptech, or design software a plus)
- Proven track record of scaling multi-channel campaigns tied to revenue
- Strong grasp of marketing automation, CRM, and outbound systems (Klaviyo, Instantly, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads)
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and attribution skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment with a small team
- A builder: loves creating systems, processes, and playbooks from scratch
- Curiosity and experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, HubSpot AI, LinkedIn AI targeting)
- Experience with MarTech tools: Salesforce, Klaviyo, Instantly, GA4, attribution tools
