Growth Marketing

• Own demand generation, pipeline creation, and multi-channel campaigns that drive revenue
• Drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention strategy across the growth funnel
• Take ownership of the growth funnel end-to-end — from demand generation to conversion
• Partner with comms/content and design teams and oversee marketing tech stack (Klaviyo, Salesforce, Instantly, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• Report directly to the CEO
• Define, test, and scale demand generation across paid, organic, and outbound channels
• Launch and optimize multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, email nurture, Instantly outreach, events)
• Own funnel stages: lead → Demo → Registration → Activation → Engagement → Champion
• Oversee MarTech and build dashboards to track CAC, LTV, pipeline contribution
• Partner on SEO/content growth to turn thought leadership and case studies into pipeline-driving assets
• Manage a small growth team (performance marketer, marketing ops, SDRs)
• Run structured growth experiments and scale successful initiatives
• Identify, test, and integrate AI tools and workflows to accelerate campaigns and analytics
