About the role
- Support product team to implement systems enabling consistent, efficient project delivery at scale
- Operationalize new product features and capabilities through standardized templates and best practices
- Build scalable workflows that create alignment between product, operations, and internal stakeholders
- Establish comprehensive data collection across touchpoints and create dashboards for reporting and analytics
- Track feature adoption, implementation success, workflow pain points, quality metrics, timeline adherence, and client satisfaction
- Partner with internal teams to establish feedback loops, communication channels, and stakeholder check-ins
- Support team onboarding, knowledge transfer, and training to maximize tool effectiveness across diverse projects
- Create visibility systems for product development timelines, feature delivery milestones, and monitoring systems to surface risks proactively
- Audit current project delivery processes and implement quick wins in the first 30 days
- Deliver measurable improvements in project delivery efficiency, scalable infrastructure, reduced operational overhead, and improved client satisfaction within the first year
Requirements
- 3+ years in operations, program management, or similar role in data services, research, or AI/LLM environments
- Experience supporting complex, custom project delivery in a scaling technology or services environment
- Proven track record of implementing processes and systems that improve team efficiency and project quality
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and project metrics
- Comfortable writing SQL queries and building dashboards to surface operational insights and identify process bottlenecks through data analysis
- Familiarity with project management tools and data labeling platforms
- Systems Thinking: Ability to see connections across teams and processes, designing solutions that work at scale
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Problem Solving: Natural troubleshooter who proactively identifies issues and builds sustainable solutions
- Adaptability: Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with competing priorities
- Collaboration: Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with data analysis, basic SQL, and learning new software platforms quickly
- Nice to Have: Experience in data labeling, large language models, or AI research environments; research operations background; familiarity with data annotation tools and QA; client relationship management experience; project management certification; experience with APIs and data pipelines
