• Take overall responsibility for all financial aspects of the project, from contract award through to project close-out.
• Monitor and maintain a comprehensive understanding at all times of all project financial movements, in particular revenue, margin and cash flow, and ensure this information is consistent and regularly reconciled in the ERP systems.
• Provide support for the correct identification, assessment and accounting of risks.
• Ensure full consistency in valuations, the accounting for provisions, and the treatment of any shared risks/opportunities within the project.
• Ensure that all financial processes, including quarterly reviews and internal controls (including the DoA), are implemented, robust and compliant.
• Handle ad hoc analyses and respond to auditor requests.
• Prepare monthly progress and cost-tracking reports for the client.

• Drive the resolution of technical issues identified during commissioning within controlled timelines.
• Coordinate activities between the Design Office, Procurement, workshops, site teams and subcontractors.
• Serve as the interface with the client for decision-making and ensuring contractual requirements are met.
• Ensure complete closure of punch-list items and changes under warranty obligations.
• Ensure that handling of defects/punch-list items does not block key project milestones (MSI, provisional acceptance, final acceptance).
• Contribute to the preparation of milestone documentation (reports, minutes, acceptance dossiers).
• Manage project risks and define associated action plans.
• Conduct quarterly project reviews with the Project Director.
• Support the progressive handover to Site New Build and Services teams while ensuring contractual continuity.

• The Procurement Buyer is responsible for purchasing equipment and/or services while ensuring compliance with safety, quality and delivery requirements and achieving the best cost to guarantee execution of client contracts.
• Analyze purchase requests received: review the specifications (plans and/or specifications, quality plans, etc.) and all information in the purchase request (budget, required date, etc.).
• Prepare quotation requests: analyze purchase history.
• Select appropriate suppliers from the supplier panel with the support of buyers.
• Solicit potential suppliers in accordance with competitive sourcing rules and ensure offers are received within the timelines required by the project.
• Select the most competitive offer in terms of safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Verify that the selected offer fully meets the purchase request's requirements.
• Negotiate prices, lead times and deviations with suppliers.
• Obtain approval for supplier selection in the appropriate tool.
• Prepare purchase order placement: check the commercial compliance of the identified supplier(s).
• Process purchase orders and amendments: draft orders and amendments to the selected supplier.
• Monitor orders: check order progress with the supplier via email, phone and site visits.
• Manage disputes and identify risk situations.
