About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the resolution of technical issues identified during commissioning within controlled timelines.
Coordinate activities between the Design Office, Procurement, workshops, site teams and subcontractors.
Serve as the interface with the client for decision-making and ensuring contractual requirements are met.
Ensure complete closure of punch-list items and changes under warranty obligations.
Ensure that handling of defects/punch-list items does not block key project milestones (MSI, provisional acceptance, final acceptance).
Contribute to the preparation of milestone documentation (reports, minutes, acceptance dossiers).
Manage project risks and define associated action plans.
Conduct quarterly project reviews with the Project Director.
Support the progressive handover to Site New Build and Services teams while ensuring contractual continuity.
