About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external clients and internal support teams
  • Implement and execute site project strategy in line with Safety, Quality, Schedule, and Cost requirements
  • Support the site team to ensure smooth execution of on-site operations
  • Contribute to complete and timely delivery of components and equipment in accordance with contractual commitments
  • Manage financial monitoring (pacing): internal reporting, cost tracking, invoicing milestones, and margin control
  • Contribute to cost and schedule optimization
  • Manage contractual aspects of projects
  • Lead site preparation activities
  • Organize and coordinate logistics planning (resources, spare parts, tooling, documentation) within required timeframes to ensure successful on-site maintenance
  • Establish and participate in internal and client routines
  • Conduct client site visits when necessary
  • Maintain and monitor the schedule, track associated actions, and follow up with relevant stakeholders
  • Define and implement post-execution lessons learned
  • Update and monitor internal management tools required for contract execution (internal resource requests, tooling, etc.)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Engineering degree or equivalent with experience in the Nuclear industry
  • Project Management experience highly valued: contractual management, financial oversight, and client relationship management
  • Knowledge of on-site service or maintenance activities is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills with clear and transparent communication
  • Ability to work within a matrix organization
