About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain strong relationships with external clients and internal support teams
Implement and execute site project strategy in line with Safety, Quality, Schedule, and Cost requirements
Support the site team to ensure smooth execution of on-site operations
Contribute to complete and timely delivery of components and equipment in accordance with contractual commitments
Manage financial monitoring (pacing): internal reporting, cost tracking, invoicing milestones, and margin control
Contribute to cost and schedule optimization
Manage contractual aspects of projects
Lead site preparation activities
Organize and coordinate logistics planning (resources, spare parts, tooling, documentation) within required timeframes to ensure successful on-site maintenance
Establish and participate in internal and client routines
Conduct client site visits when necessary
Maintain and monitor the schedule, track associated actions, and follow up with relevant stakeholders
Define and implement post-execution lessons learned
Update and monitor internal management tools required for contract execution (internal resource requests, tooling, etc.)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Engineering degree or equivalent with experience in the Nuclear industry
Project Management experience highly valued: contractual management, financial oversight, and client relationship management
Knowledge of on-site service or maintenance activities is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good interpersonal skills with clear and transparent communication
Ability to work within a matrix organization
