About the role
- Serve as the day-to-day client contact, providing strategic counsel across all facets of social and digital marketing
- Introduce clients to compelling stories, social strategies, and experiences; translate briefs into integrated digital and social strategies
- Demonstrate deep expertise in social platforms and translate best practices into actionable recommendations
- Stay fluent in platform products and formats, guiding clients and teams on content optimized for TikTok and Instagram
- Leverage insights into community behaviors to build advocacy, engagement, and loyalty
- Oversee multiple fast-moving projects, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Connect the dots across account, strategy, creative, and analytics; mentor junior talent
- Build trusted relationships across the client organization and navigate approval processes and stakeholder structures
- Act as the lead across all digital initiatives, ensuring social is integrated into broader brand campaigns
- Cultivate cross-practice relationships, identify opportunities to expand workstreams, and drive business growth
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in digital and social marketing (agency account experience strongly preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven ability to lead and manage multiple medium- to large-scale projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated success developing and executing social campaigns across all channels, including TikTok and Instagram
- Committed to mentoring junior team members across account management and other disciplines (strategy, creative, analytics)
- Strong understanding of content marketing, paid media/advertising, influencer marketing, and other digital disciplines
- Skilled at translating insights and performance data into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes
- Confident communicator and presenter with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven strength in building, maintaining, and growing trusted client relationships; experience navigating complex approval processes and stakeholder structures
- Engaging, collaborative, and inclusive work style with a strong client-service orientation
- Entrepreneurial and growth-minded with the ability to identify opportunities to expand client relationships and business impact
