About the role

  • Nen Creative partners with tech startups to launch bold ideas and is building a fast-moving motion studio
  • Support Nen Creative’s Managing Partners with executive support, sales coordination, and high-level project tracking
  • Manage inbound leads, schedule and prepare sales calls, join calls, and handle recaps/follow-ups
  • Draft proposals and invoices, and support high-level project scoping
  • Keep the sales pipeline organized and moving forward
  • Track projects from signed contract through project completion and coordinate staffing and timelines
  • Ensure clear handoff from sales to production so projects stay on track
  • Manage calendars, inboxes, and priorities for the Managing Partners and keep communications organized across projects
  • Anticipate needs and proactively remove bottlenecks
  • Assist with invoice preparation, expense tracking, reimbursements, and maintain accurate billing/contract records
  • Support general admin tasks that keep operations running smoothly

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (comfortable in client-facing contexts)
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility — able to take initiative and follow through
  • At least 2 years of experience in executive assistant, project management, or operations roles
  • Experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment (agency, production, or startup a plus)
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities across different stakeholders
  • Background in video production, creative producing, or agency account management (bonus)
  • Experience coordinating or producing shoots, or supporting video projects (bonus)
  • Familiarity with production workflows (scheduling, budgeting, staffing) (bonus)
  • Interest in growing into a Producer or Project Manager role (bonus)
