- Draft and review vital pleadings and motions, respond to discoveries, and drive motions

- Strong legal research and excellent writing skills
- Strong/persuasive oral advocacy
- Client-centric approach with commitment to exceptional client service
- Highly organized with clear and concise communication style
- Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
- Alabama license a PLUS
