About the role
- Own day-to-day office operations: keep space clean, stocked, functional, and safe
- Manage relationships with vendors, delivery services, and building managers
- Ensure office compliance with health and safety standards
- Define practical needs of the office and lead setup and maintenance of physical and security systems
- Create and maintain inventory of company equipment and track distribution of laptops, monitors, and assets
- Manage orders, upgrades, replacements, and repairs for office and employee equipment
- Welcome and onboard new employees, set up workstations and guide initial trainings
- Maintain internal resources such as onboarding checklists, workspace guides, and how-to docs
- Serve as go-to for benefits, vacation policies, expense reimbursements, and software access/permissions
- Support team engagement through celebrations and weekly events
- Report to the Senior Operations Manager and act as cross-team operational point of contact
Requirements
- Pro-active, solutions-oriented, and always ready to jump in to support others
- Comfortable owning logistics and systems
- Fluent in both French and English
- Curious, organized, and eager to learn how things work and improve them
- Comfortable researching new tools, systems or regulations on your own when needed, and translating them into action
- Love variety in your day and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Open to early-career candidates and recent graduates
