Operations

• Assurer les opérations quotidiennes du bureau, maintenir l'espace propre, approvisionné, fonctionnel et sûr
• Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs, les services de livraison et les gestionnaires d'immeuble
• Veiller à la conformité aux normes de santé et de sécurité
• Aider à définir les besoins pratiques du bureau et diriger la mise en place et l'entretien des systèmes physiques
• Créer et maintenir un inventaire du matériel de l'entreprise et suivre la distribution des actifs (ordinateurs portables, moniteurs, etc.)
• Gérer les commandes, mises à niveau, remplacements et réparations du matériel de bureau et du matériel des employés
• Accueillir et intégrer les nouveaux employés, installer leurs postes de travail et guider lors des formations initiales
• Maintenir les ressources internes (checklists d’onboarding, guides d'espace de travail, documents d'instructions)
• Servir de référence pour les questions concernant les avantages, les politiques de congés et les remboursements de frais
• Gérer l’accès aux logiciels et aux systèmes et mettre à jour les permissions lorsque nécessaire
• Soutenir l’engagement de l’équipe à travers des célébrations et des événements
• Rendre compte au Directeur de l'ingénierie

• Write, edit, and update content for our blog, website, and other owned channels
• Conduct SEO research and optimize existing content to improve search rankings
• Support content strategy by identifying new opportunities and refreshing older pieces
• Contribute to top-of-funnel campaigns and resource content
• Help build reporting processes to measure the performance of published content
• Assist with research, video script development, and other cross-functional content projects
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align content with business goals

• Create video content for developer and amateur coder audiences on YouTube
• Research technical topics in software, AI, and SaaS to inform video content
• Draft, edit, and refine video scripts for developer-focused YouTube content
• Collaborate with the content and developer relations teams to brainstorm new video ideas
• Participate in production — behind the scenes or on camera — to bring technical concepts to life
• Help optimize video content for engagement and reach, including SEO and YouTube best practices
• Support measurement and reporting of video performance and draw insights to improve future content
• Work on the Content Marketing team to showcase practical use cases of Botpress's AI agents platform

Developer Relations Video Content Intern

Full-stack Engineer

• Focus on solving real problems for clients using code
• Work on high-impact projects and help scale what works
• Collaborate across functions and contribute to cross-functional initiatives
• Develop and maintain customer-impacting features using React & Node.js (TypeScript)
• Develop and maintain integrations connecting Botpress to external systems using React & Node.js (TypeScript)
• Write unit and end-to-end tests for mission-critical features
• Add tracking and monitoring to capture user journeys

Software Developer Intern

• Own day-to-day office operations: keep space clean, stocked, functional, and safe
• Manage relationships with vendors, delivery services, and building managers
• Ensure office compliance with health and safety standards
• Define practical needs of the office and lead setup and maintenance of physical and security systems
• Create and maintain inventory of company equipment and track distribution of laptops, monitors, and assets
• Manage orders, upgrades, replacements, and repairs for office and employee equipment
• Welcome and onboard new employees, set up workstations and guide initial trainings
• Maintain internal resources such as onboarding checklists, workspace guides, and how-to docs
• Serve as go-to for benefits, vacation policies, expense reimbursements, and software access/permissions
• Support team engagement through celebrations and weekly events
• Report to the Senior Operations Manager and act as cross-team operational point of contact
