Accounts Receivable

• Oversee and optimize accounts receivable processes and controls, developing and implementing policies to ensure efficiency and compliance across the department
• Direct the coordination of open order listings, providing guidance to sales and finance teams for timely and accurate reporting

• Play a key leadership role in the test automation team responsible for the design, development, and optimization of test frameworks and assets in a CI/CD environment
• Drive quality practices across the engineering lifecycle and advocate industry-leading testing strategies spanning functional, performance, security, and integration testing
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to define test strategies across front-end, backend, and full-stack architectures
• Design and implement advanced test plans and automation strategies aligned with product specifications and business objectives
• Lead development of modular, scalable test automation frameworks that support both automated and manual testing efforts

• Lead the Regulatory Operations function and team reporting to Associate General Counsel, Compliance & Risk
• Oversee all aspects of regulatory compliance with secondhand dealer and local laws, including obtaining and renewing licenses
• Communicate with regulatory authorities, law enforcement, and other public agencies
• Develop, implement, maintain, and manage ecoATM's Regulatory strategy to expand kiosk footprint and scale compliance
• Utilize workflow automation to create more efficient regulatory processes
• Monitor and assess local compliance trends, pending regulations, permit requirements, and emerging technologies
• Collaborate with business development and internal stakeholders to facilitate kiosk network expansion
• Research and approve company secondhand dealer compliance in new and existing locations
• Track and monitor legislative changes for secondhand dealers
• Analyze laws and provide requirements to business operations units
• Work with local regulators and municipal offices to secure and renew permits and licenses
