• Leads and develops a lean, high-performing team of 4.
• Manages KPIs, resources, and performance with full ownership and transparency.
• Ensures a scalable, reliable, and highly available IT environment.
• Defines and executes IT architecture, roadmap, and service management (ITIL-based, pragmatic).
• Stays hands-on: resolves critical issues, improves systems, and continuously challenges the status quo.
