About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure stability, security, and scalability of systems
- Own M365, maintaining stability and performance
- Orchestrate Windows, Linux & Mac ecosystems
- Shape the network (VLANs, firewalls, switching)
- Provide support that is reliable and effective
- Connect people, systems, and partners seamlessly
- Make security and backups feel invisible but essential
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in system engineering, working hands-on in professional environments
- Confident across Windows, Active Directory / Azure, Microsoft 365, Linux, and Mac
- Experienced in M365 backup strategies and local backup solutions
- Strong networking know-how (switching, VLANs, firewalls, segmentation, NAC)
- Proven in implementing and maintaining IT security concepts
- Work independently when needed but know how to collaborate effectively
- Communicate clearly in English; German is a plus.
