Head of Product Operations

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, development and optimization of operational processes within the product domain
- Developing teams and promoting an open, trust-based collaboration
- Providing both functional and disciplinary leadership of team members
- Planning and facilitating retrospectives to drive continuous improvement
- Close collaboration with Product Owners to align on strategic topics and priorities
- Preparation of meaningful reports for transparent performance measurement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience with a clear, empathetic leadership style
- Strong understanding of processes and experience in designing and optimizing them
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and MS Office; experience with SharePoint and common project planning tools
- Ideally, knowledge in Finance, Tax and/or Customs
- Confident handling of challenging situations and experience in escalation management
- Excellent German and English skills (at least C1) both written and spoken
